“Mansarda” 2-rooms-flat in the attic, without balcony and low towards the walls:

reduction 15% (except 16/07 – 27/08: reduction 5%).

The prices include:

- the use of the completely furnished apartment, equipped with kitchen-tools, TV, safe, linen;
- the air conditioning (from 11/06 to 03/09) and the heating;
- the water, gas and electricity charges;
- the use of parking (1 car for flat) according to our park-rules;
- all the taxes;
- the use of our beach huts;
- a reduction of 10% at the restaurants with an agreement.

INFORMATIONS

The rates in Euro mean for a one week stay, from Saturday to Saturday. Until the 28/05/11 and from the 03/09/11, it is also possible to arrive and leave during the week. The stay begins at 14.00 p.m. and finishes at 9.00 a.m.

Additional bed: on request, with extra-charge. Cradle: free.
Payment: deposit of 30% at the reservation, settlement cash in advance at the arrival.
Bail: Euro 200,00.
Final cleaning: extra-charge of Euro 40,00 for 2-roomed flat or Euro 50,00 for 3-roomed-flat.
Final cleaning kitchen area: at the customer's care or with a supplement of Euro 20,00.

SPECIAL LONG STAY

Reduction of 10% for a stay of 2 weeks (until the 04/06 and from the 03/09/11).

Reduction of 5% for a stay of 3 weeks (for every period, except from 06/08 to 27/08/2011).
