        Siamo i benvenuti al Residence Novella,    

se siamo abituati a vivere in appartamento e se noi e i nostri “amici/padroni” siamo educati e ci atteniamo a semplici regole di buona educazione e buon senso, nel rispetto di tutti, che qui ricordiamo:

-    quando ci portano fuori dobbiamo essere al guinzaglio (cani) o nel trasportino (gatti);

-    non possiamo andare in ascensore;

-    se amiamo stare sul divano, i nostri “padroni” dovranno chiedere alla reception un copridivano pulito ma vecchio, che stenderanno sul copridivano già presente (che comunque viene cambiato ad ogni ospite);

-    per i nostri bisogni di qualsiasi tipo dobbiamo evitare il cortile e la siepe (l’acido urico la brucia) e comunque, durante la passeggiata, i nostri padroni dovranno avere sempre con sé paletta e sacchetto (nel comune di Riccione è obbligatorio);

-    se stiamo male, chiederemo consigli per un buon veterinario alla reception oppure ci rivolgeremo al  Servizio veterinario A.u.s.l. dal lunedì al sabato (h. 7.30/9.009  in Via Cortemaggiore, 6.                                

We are welcome to the Residence Novella, if we are educated and used to live in apartment with our "2-legs-friends"… we have just to follow some simple rules of good education and good sense, in the respect of all, which we remember here:

- when they carry us outside we must be to the leash (dogs) or in the cage (cats);

 - we cannot go in elevator: after raining or if we are sweaty or overheated our "smell" in a closed and small space is not agreeable; moreover, we could be afraid...;

- if we love to be on the sofa, our owner has to ask the reception for a clean but old blanket, and will cover the already present blanked (however this is changed for every host);

 - for our needs of whichever type we must avoid the courtyard and the hedge (urine burns it) and however, during the walk, our owner must have always with himself shovel and bag (it is obligatory in Riccione);

 - if we are ill, our owner will ask the reception for a good veterinary or he will address himself to the Service A.u.s.l. veterinary (from the Monday to Saturday, h. 7.30/9.00, in Via Cortemaggiore, 6).

Nous sommes les bienvenus au Residence Novella, si nous sommes bien éduqués et habitués à vivre en appartement, et si nos maîtres suivent de simples règles de bonne éducation et de bon sens, dans le respect de tous, qu'ici nous vous rappelons :

- lorsqu’ ils nous portent dehors nous devons être en laisse (chiens) ou dans la cage (chats) ;

- nous ne pouvons pas prendre l’ascenseur : après la pluie ou quand nous sommes transpirés, notre odeur n’est pas des plus agréable dans un espace exigu et sans aération; par ailleurs, nous pourrions avoir peur … ;

- si nous aimons le divan, nos maîtres devront demander à la réception une vieille couverture (mais propre), qu’ils étendront sur la couverture déjà présente (qui de toute façon sera changée après chaque hôte) ;

- pour nos petits besoins, nous devons éviter la cour et la haie (l’urine la brûle) et de toute façon, pendant la promenade, nos maîtres devront toujours emporter une pelle et un sachet (dans la commune de Riccione c’ est obligatoire) ;

- si nous sommes malades, nos maîtres demanderons conseil pour un bon vétérinaire à la réception ou bien ils s’adresseront au Service Vétérinaire A.u.s.l. du lundi au samedi (h. 7.30/9.00), via Cortemaggiore, 6.

Wir sind willkommen im Residence Novella, wenn wir gut gezogen sind und gewöhnt, in der Wohnung zu leben, und wenn sich unsere „Herrchen“ einige einfache Regeln guter Erziehung und guten Sinns anpassen, im Respekt von allen, an die wir Sie hier erinnern:

- wenn sie uns raus tragen,  müssen wir an der Leine (Hunde) oder im Käfig (Katzen) sein;

- wir können nicht den Aufzug nehmen: wenn wir von Regen oder Tau nass sind, oder wenn wir geschwitzt oder erhitzt sind, dann ist unseren "Geruch" in einem geschlossenen und kleinen Raum nicht mehr so angenehm; außerdem, könnten wir Angst haben...;

 - wenn wir das Sofa mögen, müssen unsere Herrchen am Empfang eine saubere, aber alte Decke verlangen, die sie auf die schon gegenwärtige Decke ausdehnen werden (die jedenfalls nach jedem Gast gewechselt wird);

- für unsere Bedürfnisse müssen wir den Hof und die Hecke vermeiden (der Urin verbrennt sie), und jedenfalls während des Spaziergangs müssen unsere Herrchen eine Schaufel und ein Säckchen immer dabei haben (pflichtlich in der Gemeinde von Riccione);

- sollten wir krank sein, dann werden unsere Herrchen Räte für einen guten Tierarzt am Empfang erfragen, oder werden sich an den Veterinärdienst A.u.s.l. wenden (von Montag bis Samstag h. 7.30/9.00, in Via Cortemaggiore, 6).
